Dan Bikes for Diabetes Awareness

Over 30 years ago, Dan was diagnosed with Diabetes, a chronic auto-immune diesease in which there is currently no set cause or cure. Without the Joslin Diabetes Center based in Boston, Massachusetts, Dan would not be here with us today. They saved his life and in return, Dan is now healthy and will be biking across the US this Spring. Starting in Santa Monica, California at Route 66.
In order for Dan to be sponsored by Joslin Diabetes Center, he must raise a minimum of $1,500. This will allow him to recieve his medication from multiple cities and states while biking across the country. Any additional amount will help with further supporting Dan on his journey as well as provide the proper equipment for traveling and capturing his trip.
Dan has been a long time employee of High Octane Harley Davidson in North Billerica and is loved and respected by many.
Joslin Diabetes Center is dedicated to helping people with diabetes live long and healthy lives. They are commited to finding a cure and have come along way with Diabetes research. Anything left over after the trip will be donated to help further Diabetes Research.
