Damon’s Hearing Aids

Damon James was born on July 19th, 2020. He failed his newborn hearing test and we were referred to an audiologist. She was great and did some follow up tests. Unfortunately, Damon has hearing loss in both ears. He has severe hearing loss in his left ear and moderate hearing loss in his right. It definitely came as a shock to us. Right now, there is no known cause and we’re doing more tests to see if we can figure it out. Fortunately, hearing aids can help him! The unfortunate part is that our family was hit with a few medical bills all at once including his birth and his father, Ray’s, appendectomy a week after the birth. Our insurance only pays a small portion of the hearing aid costs as well. Needless to say, we need a little help paying for these devices that’ll help Damon hear! We appreciate any donation; every little bit helps!
