Damadge roof from storm

During the storm a tree fell down on our roof and damage the whole roof that now needs to be replaced so it won’t leak in.
Our insurance company have now said that the wont pay for anything of the roof and we can't take a loan and have no money to fix the roof. Please help - soon it's winter here in Sweden and it's gonna be very cold and I'm handicapped so I need a warm bedroom.
