Dale's Medical Expenses

On April 22, Dale suffered a fracture to his C5 and C6 and also sustained a Spinal Cord Injury.  He is now designated as a Quadriplegic.  Between his life-flight helicopter ride, months long hospital stay and all the new equipment needed to bring him home - the costs are mounting. We are trying to raise funds to provide him with all the new equipment he needs - a hoyer lift, a new wheelchair, transportation, on-going therapy, etc.  If you feel like donating to our cause we would be forever grateful.
