¡DALE! for FRRC's Fines & Fees Fund

Inspired by the Fridays’ awesome donation drive for York’s Last Birthday, we want to give back in the spirit of Dale as well!
Florida voters passed a constitutional amendment TWO YEARS AGO to restore voting rights to many people with felony convictions who had completed their sentences. Since then, the state has fought the people’s will and made it so that those who should have had their rights restored instead must pay all fines and court fees assessed to them before becoming eligible. This amounts to a poll tax and means that many people continue to be disenfranchised.
Florida Rights Restoration Coalition works to correct this through legal and political means, as well as connect would-be voters with funds that can help them become eligible. In the leadup to the US election, what is more Dale than helping our neighbors regain their political voice?
