Treatment for Dakota Crouse

At only 22 years old, Dakota has stumped doctors with his recent health issues. They suspect that he either recently had a stroke or that his symptoms are a result of endured oxygen deprivation at birth. Unfortunately, doctors cannot be sure of the cause because he received the MRI years later.
Whatever the explanation, it has resulted in neurological issues, a developmental disorder, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, chronic fatigue, muscle tremors, & arrested development.
In order to to lessen the repercussions, Dakota needs to attend a week long in-patient intensive at Life Skills International Corporate Center in Des Moines, Iowa. This clinic provides rehab for a number of areas such as domestic violence, arrested development, and neurological issues. The week-long treatment alone is $3,500. This does not include travel expenses.
Without this treatment, his symptoms will continue to increase and create even more of a disadvantage for him. At this time, his health is preventing him from obtaining his drivers license. This not only takes a toll on his social life, but also limits his ability to find and hold a steady job to cover his living expenses.
