Dakota Jo Tetrault Support Fund

Dakota Jo was born on December 17th with a heart condition known as Tetralogy of Fallot . She was life flighted from Boise, Idaho to Salt Lake City, Utah on December 22nd to undergo open heart surgery. She is currently in the hospital with longer than expected recovery facing additional unforeseen complications. We are seeking help to cover expenses so this family can stay together during this critical time.
    Please help us raise funds to ease the financial burden of this family while out of state so they can concentrate on Dakota's recovery at this time. Baby Dakota will need to return to Salt Lake City for multiple surgeries in the near future.
