<div>Sadly in July this year I lost a close friend of over 20 years to cervical cancer, Kath was only 41 years old, she knew her prognosis and was so incredibly brave throughout right up into her final days.

<div>The Hospiscare team were amazing to Kath and her family, they even let her cat come in a few times which meant the world to her!
</div>

<div>Unfortunately this amazing place does not receive enough funding and rely on fundraising to help them continue with their amazing service.

<div>My daughter Daisy is trying to get her charity badge at Brownies.
</div>

<div>On Sunday 12th October 2025, Daisy will be doing a 4 mile walk starting on Exeter quay (route to be confirmed).
</div>

<div>When it came to choosing a charity, Daisy remembered I had mentioned raising money for Hospiscare after I had come home one day from visiting Kath and Daisy instantly decided it was the charity she wanted to raised money for.
</div>
