I m running a 13k on the 26.10.25 to raise money for the local MND Association in North Wales as one of my dear friends,Dai is suffering from this disease and both him and his partner Nia are receiving invaluable support from the MND Asdociation and I want to repay them for the support they give as well as rsising awareness about this cruel disease.
