Dahman Beck Cancer Surgery Fund

We are asking friends and family to show support for Dahman during surgery and recovery for kidney cancer.
Many of us noticed some time ago that Dahman had lost weight unexpectedly, had a few weeks of not catching his breath, had chronic low back pain. Although, for the first time in his life thanks to Obama care, he has medical insurance, all the tests performed did not answer these events, and took him into debt. His quality of life has suffered with each passing month. On December 23, just last month, blood in his urine once again brought him to the doctor and an ultrasound on the 28th revealed a cancerous tumor covering most of his left kidney with a clot in one vein. The doctors now had an answer for all previous medical mysteries. It has since been confirmed the cancer extends into several veins and is pushing on other organs. Other tests also fortunately confirmed the renal cell carcinoma has NOT metastasized elsewhere to bone or lymph which makes surgery to remove it not only possible, but optimistic for a full recovery and treatments available if there is a recurrence.
We are told that even with a high success rate this is a difficult surgery and will require at least 1 week in the hospital, at least another in a rehabilitation facility, and physical therapy and up to 6 weeks before returning to normal functionality and work.
Dahman is hoping and praying that with your help he can cover his monthly bills, keep his job and clients, his car, and cover some of what we know will be massive hospital and care expenses not covered by insurance.
