Funeral Expenses for Dae Yoon

Dear Family and Friends,
On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, our beloved uncle, Dae Kwun Yoon, went to be with the Lord after his battle with COVID-19. He was known by many as a faithful man of God and a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. It was our absolute privilege to know and love him.
Although we are all deeply saddened that Uncle Dae is no longer with us, we wish to celebrate and honor him knowing that he is at peace with the Lord. We ask that you lift up a prayer for his family during this time of remembrance.
In these unprecedented times, there will be a very small funeral service for the immediate family at Pinelawn Memorial on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. EST. All of the funds raised will be used towards the funeral and burial costs for Uncle Dae which amount to $15,000. In the case that there is a surplus, it will be given to support his wife, Kye, in hopes of mitigating any financial concerns as Uncle Dae was the main financial contributor of their household. Uncle Dae's sons, John and Joshua will be withdrawing the funds for Kye and will be helping her handle the finances.

62년의 짧은 삶동안 한마음 한뜻으로 하나님께 순종하시고 교회와 이웃을 사랑으로 섬기시고 가족과 친지들을 돌보며 정말 멋있고 아름다운 삶을 살아오신 윤대권 장로님의 COVID-19 으로 인한 갑작스런 부고는 우리들에게 말할수 없는 애통함과 가슴아픈 일이 아닐수 없습니다.
이제 이땅에서는 더이상 윤대권 장로님을 뵐수 없지만 그의 삶을 통해 보여주셨던 그 헌신과 섬김의 모습 고이 간직하고 슬픔도 아픔도 눈물도 없는 저 천국 하나님 품에서 다시 만날 그날을 소망하겠습니다.
“내가 선한 싸움을 싸우고 나의 달려갈 길을 마치고 믿음을 지켰으니 이제 후로는 나를 위하여 의의 면류관이 예비되었으므로 주 곧 의로우신 재판장이 그 날에 내게 주실 것이니 내게만 아니라 주의 나타나심을 사모하는 모든 자에게니라.”
