Dad in Need of a Heart Surgery

My Father in law (the one in the picture together with my wife) is in need to go on a bypass surgery for his heart. He has 3 clogged veins in his heart, one 100% blocked and 2 have about 50-70% blockage. He lives in the Philippines and he needs to get bypassed as soon as possible.
There is one significant difference in the Philippine Healthcare system and ours, one is you need to pay FIRST the total amount of bills necessary to go through with the operation before they do it. Not like here in the US where urgent care needs to be taken cared of immediately. We need your help to raise the funds needed so he can get healed quick. Any amount will go a long way.
