Dads United Needs Your Help

On October 3rd 2020 our headquarters was broken into and all of the supplies were stolen. The thieves kicked down every door at Druid Hill Community Center in Baltimore where our HQ is located and took everything we worked so hard to rally for our community.
They took car seats, baby wipes, diapers, blankets, diaper rash creams, bassinets and toys. Additionally, they also damaged the laptops and tablets that where there leaving them unable to use.
This would be a devastating loss at any time however, it's even more damaging during this pandemic when so many of our community members and fathers are struggling. We serve our community with those supplies and had big plans to help so many who really need it.
We understand that everyone is doing the best they can and hold no malice towards the thieves, our focus is on getting back on track and we need your help.
Your donation will restock our shelves with all of things that were taken and hopefully more to get us through the winter. It is about to be cold and even less resources will be available in our community. Your contribution will also help fuel the work we are doing at Dad's United, not just the missing supplies.

Here is a little about us:
Dads United Organization was created in West Baltimore 21217 Druid Heights / Penn North area 5 years ago. Created by a strong group of Black Fathers whose mission is to educate, advocate for, elevate and develop a strong community of Black Fathers that are engaged in their neighborhoods and families by creating safe spaces for healing and bonding.
We also provide vital resources that young & new Black fathers living in low income food deserted community will need to meet the needs of the children. We host workshops, cooking demos, vegan & plant based education, field trips, community engagement, learning, conflict resolution & more. We do everything as a collective and brotherhood of fathers.
Our vision is that Black Fathers are engaged in their communities and connected to one another, providing support and nourishment that heals themselves and their families.
