Dads Stolen 79 Corvette

This is my fathers 1979 c3 corvette, it was stolen from him 20+ years ago. When he finally got the car back, the people who stole it, ran the car off road breaking several things. Messed up the motor and its never ran right since. Fast forward to 2020, the car has been sitting in our garage for 20 years. Never had the motivation nor the money to get it fixed. But I've decided to get the car fixed for him. He's 62, a good hard working man. I just want to see the smile on his face when he's in that driver seat. Anything will be appreciated. Thank you!
