Dad's medical expenses and funeral costs

Our Dad has been in and briefly out of the hospital since mid-August. At first we were given a positive and hopeful future. He was released from the hospital and sent home with help from home-care nurses. It did not last long though, and was brought back to the hospital when we were told a grave future. We need help with medical costs from the last two hospital stays and soon funeral costs. Anything will help. I'm renting a van from Indianapolis and bringing my pets because boarding them is too costly.
