Mike Moores lung transplant

My name's Chris Moore and my dad is very sick. He is a veteran and the best man i have ever known. He has a combination of Emphysema and Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (scarring in his lungs). Because of the combination of the two he has to have a double lung transplant in order to live. As of now he is at the Mayo Clinic doing tests to see if he will be able to get on the transplant list. He cant work anymore because he can barely walk and his extended leave of absence is almost up because he's been in the hospital for so long so the money is about to stop in july. We won't have money to afford the house or cars by that point. On top of this the Walmart Distribution Center he works at is closing down so he's losing his job. We really need some help so he can afford to get the transplant and pay for all of the other medical expenses and to make sure he doesnt lose the house, vehicles and everything else he has worked so hard for so many years to get.
