Dad's Dentistry!

To be honest, my dad's - Jim Ferguson's - teeth haven't been the best for a while. The chemotherapy didn't help this in the slightest and he has several broken teeth that have healed over and become infected. His overall health has been compromised by the infections and I'd like remove at least ONE hurdle from dad's tumultuous medical list. Now, I have plans and appointments to have the broken teeth removed. While I'll be shouldering the majority of the financial burden, I'd like some help. The first appointment is to remove all the fragments and let him heal for a few weeks.  After that, the plan is to get temporary dentures while his jaw heals up. If he heals enough in the following months, I'm going to get him dental bridges. The man barely smiles anymore because of the state of his mouth, even close lipped. As most of you know, his health hasn't been the best for several years. That's not even including the three bouts of cancer. He has had several trips to the hospital because of malnutrition from a combination of lack of appetite and inability to chew properly. His body is fighting on too many fronts so he often gets pneumonia. At least of one these things is fixable. I'd like to be able to take my dad out to dinner and feed him more than soup and soft foods. So please, any little bit helps, even if it's just sending other people my way. As of right now, my hope is to have help covering the second half of dad's surgery. I've already set aside some money for the first half over the passed few months, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The first procedure is around $2,200 not counting taxes, so here's hoping!
