Dad lost his job while battling GBS

My Dad fell getting into his truck last December and hasn’t been able to walk since. He was diagnosed with GBS- Guillan-Barre syndrome where your immune system attacks the nerves. Recovery can last 1-3 years if you recover. He will be on his insurance plan for 6 more months which is a blessing but he lost his job and only source of income because he has not been able to work.  It has been a painful recovery and he is still immobile and unable to move his legs. He just got out of the hospital recovering from an infection. My mother is a saint and cares for him around the clock.

We are applying for every resource we can find and it takes months for applications to be processed and accepted. We just would like to ask friends and family who are able to help in any way they can. We are so grateful and blessed as a family and every little bit helps as you know
