Volunteer Trip to Kenya

I am excited to announce that I have the unbelievable opportunity to volunteer at a medical clinic in Kenya for two weeks this upcoming winter. During my time there I will be providing free medical care to the local communities as well as participating in a health promotion program focused on educating the local community on preventing illnesses and promoting healthy lifestyles in children homes, schools, and the clinic. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I cannot begin to express the excitement I have to be able to help the Kenyan community. I hope to be inspired and moved by this experience and I can't wait to meet the doctors, healthcare providers, and students I will work along side with. Although I can volunteer my time, I need the help of family and friends to support my flight and program fee costs.
