Da Vinci Surgery

I have four cysts on my left ovary and have been in extreme pain for over a year now. Just recently scheduled an appointment for this coming Monday the 14th to have a cystectomy with possible removal of the ovary. I thought I could afford the surgery on my own thinking it would be anywhere from $200-$400 with my insurance. Well, so far I'm up to $1213.38 in payments due and that's without the charge from the anesthesiologist which will come after the procedure is done. Anything is appreciated and will help because I realized I can't do this on my own and may have to put the surgery off.
