Anyone who knows Robin is aware of how mortified she is about having any attention drawn to herself. She would never personally ask for help nor seek assistance on her own. However, given her circumstances, it is time for us to rally together and offer her our hopes and prayers.
For the past two years, Robin has battled an autoimmune liver disease with increasing complications.
Unfortunately, the cost of her determination has become a burden on its own. The average cost of a liver transplant is $577,100 which does not include other expenses that may occur related to the transplant: medicine, travel, lodging, gas, etc.
If you are reading this, you have either met or know Robin personally. You can most likely attest that she has lived her life loving and lifting others. Her loyalty to her family, friends and students has always been her outward focus.
She is currently in the care of the Mayo Clinic and will be put on the transplant list. Any donated funds will be to assist with her medical needs prior to and after her transplant.
