A Run for Mike

Tax deductible
Hello Family and Friends!

As most of you know we lost my brother Mike on May 16th, just a few short months ago. Mike suffered from depression, and it was his constant battle with this disease that took him from us.

Mike was kind, generous, and honest; his belly laugh seemed to come all the way up from his toes and could make everyone in his vicinity smile. He always looked out for his younger siblings and wanted nothing but the best for us. He was the only one who cound call me chicken legs, anyone else got his glare of death.

He embraced each day as a gift. He lived in the moment. He loved us all so much and I would like to start to pay back that love. To that end I am using my chicken legs to run the Michelob Ultra Boston half marathon on September 14th.

I ask that you donate whatever amount you can, big or small, to the organization linked here. It will help others find help and possible treatments, link them to a supportive community, and above all help to change the stigmas associated with depression and mental health disorders. If you have any questions please ask!

Thank you all so much, your love and support has helped my family through an extremely difficult time.
