Sean Bridges Memorial Fund

For those who are not aware one of my former partners and trainers at The Shed Sean Bridges lost his life this past weekend in an automobile accident. Sean had left over a year and a half ago to chase his own dreams of running his own brand of personal training AIM FITNESS. He was not just a trainer but a friend, mentor, accountability partner, the hardest worker I've had the pleasure of being around and a genuinely good man.

Sean leaves behind many loved ones with his passing, but none more loved than his 3 year old daughter Navera!! The Shed along with the Athens community would like to take up donations in honor of Sean for his daughter. If you are willing to donate just a tiny amount every penny will be beneficial to help Navera have the life Sean always envisioned for her. Bring your donations by The Shed before Saturday and let's help this young lady out

Funeral arrangements will be held Saturday August 23 in Nashville. We will be taking a group to pay our respects to Sean and his family. If you would like to attend please contact us and let us know ASAP so we can prepare properly.
