Le Blitz de Montréal au Championnat canadien!

Nous sommes le Blitz de Montréal, un organisme à but non lucratif qui développe des joueuses de football contact féminin élite.

Nous nous préparons pour notre plus gros défi de la saison qui est la participation au Championnat national féminin sénior du 28 au 31 juillet 2016 à Régina, Saskatchewan. Cinq provinces seront représentées avec plus de 100 joueuses qui participeront.

Nous compétionnerons pour défendre notre titre de Championnes nationales gagné en 2012. Le Championnat constitue aussi la première étape du processus pour la sélection des joueuses qui représenteront le Canada au Championnat du monde féminin en 2017. Les entraîneurs de l’Équipe du Canada recruteront les joueuses qui mériteront une invitation à faire partie de l’équipe nationale.

Nous rendre à Régina ne sera pas possible sans que nous ayons ramassé assez d’argent pour payer les frais des installations, du transport en avion, de l’hébergement et des repas, ainsi que de l’équipement. Notre but est de ramasser 15 000$ pour couvrir une partie des frais.

Transport: $24,500
Hébergement et repas: $4375
Équipement: $3000
Total: $34,275.00

 Chaque don, petit ou grand, nous sera utile et TOUT l’argent ramassé ira au financement pour les joueuses qui participeront au Championnat canadien!

The Montreal Blitz to the National Championship!

We are the Montreal Blitz Football Team, a non-profit organization developing elite feminine tackle football players.

The team is now preparing for its biggest challenge of the season which is to participate in the Senior Women’s National Championship that will be hosted from July 28th to July 31st, in Regina Saskatchewan. Five provinces will be represented with over 100 players participating.

Our team will be competing to defend our title of national champions won in 2012. The championship will also be the first step in the process for these players to be selected to represent Canada at the Women's World Championship in 2017. Team Canada coaches will be on hand to scout these players for a possible invite to train for the national team.

Getting the Montreal Blitz to Regina will not happen without securing funding to help offset costs for training facilities, gear, and travelling expenses including meals, transportation, and lodging of the team. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to cover a portion of these expenses.

Training facilities and trainer: $1800
Transportation: $24,500
Lodging and meals: $4375
Gear: $3000
Total: $34,275.00

Any amount will help and ALL the money raised will be used to fund players to the Canadian Championship!
