Salama aka Idgie

Three weeks ago I found this sweet little dog on the road. Urinary tract infection and blinded by matted hair and mucus in eyes. Flea infested with extreme hair loss on body from a bacterial infection. It was labor day so I needed to take her to emergency veterinarian. Two vets recommended euthanasia. I decided that she needed one more chance. Since then I have taken her to the vet twice for necessary care.  Although many have offered to find a home for her and I am very grateful for their efforts but I have decided because she has grown attached and secure with us to keep her. I don't think she needs any further disruptions or insecurity 51487166_1601131981941556_r.jpeg
