Handicap accessible van for Roman

My name is Roman Alvarez and I was born with quadspastic cerebral palsy. I now suffer from daily chronic migrains and have large hiatal hernia which has caused me to be on a feeding tube. The only real food I can tolerate is watermelon and sometimes crackers. I see at least two doctors every week. I have been admitted to the hospital 17 times in three years as well as frequent emergency room visits. I don't have many friends because I'm always sick. The only friends I have are my two dogs, Missi and Lucy, and  my fourth grade teacher Fox. My favorite thing to do is graphic design. My dream is to go to college and get a degree in this.
I have a really old hospital bed that doesn't raise and it is hard for my parents to get me out of bed. The van they have for me is old and falling apart. I have had it for twenty years. I have to ride in the back and there isn't any air conditioning. This makes it difficult going to the doctors because I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I would like a new van that has air conditioning and heat and that I can see where I am going. My mom always points out things in the sky and I can't see them. I also want a new hospital bed that will raise up to help my parents get me out of bed.
There isn't a time limit on when I need the money but as soon as I do it will help make my life a lot happier and easier.
Getting a new van and hospital bed would mean the world to me because it would also make my mom and dad's life easier to take care of me and they are my everything.
This would be the best day of my life. I would be so happy to sit in the front seat and to be able to see where I am going for the first time in my life. I would smile and be so happy to have a new van.
