<div>I'm a tenant that lives in the apartments that was shot up (MiraMar) in Fort Worth last night off Las Vegas Trail and the West side of For Worth. My youngest (3 yr old) is still trying to pull through her injuries as she is putting up a big fight. She had her right kidney removed and the doctors are working diligently to get and keep her stable.

<div>Her 6 year old brother was shot in the femur, where he is recovering well after his surgery. It will take a lot of physical therapy and a plate in his leg for at least one year for his recovery. The mental impact all of the children witnessed and suffered through the fear of losing their lives is something I could never imagine any child or human to ever have to experience. Thank you to the community family friends and loved ones for your continues prayers and support! It's time to acknowledge that gun violence should never be an option.
