Paying Tuition Shortfall

I am a current sophomore studying psychology at the University of South Florida. After my undergraduate career I sincerely hope to go on to help those suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
In 2013 I took a modified gap year at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I worked a full-time job and a part-time job while taking classes online.

I've since transferred to University of South Florida. With the money I made working I moved to Tampa, got an apartment, and a new job working part-time. Recently I found out that I had a $5,311 short fall at Drexel which put a financial hold on my account, locking away my final transcripts. The new school year is quickly approaching and without these transcripts, I will not be able to receive financial aid nor will I be able to enroll in Spring classes. With this lump sum of money, my debt will be paid to Drexel University and I will be able to continue with uninterrupted study.

My tuition is due on October 31st. At 5 o'clock on that day, if my tuition is not paid, my courses will be cancelled and I will be assessed a late fee. While I will work to save as much as I can to pay this amount, your help is greatly appreciated and needed.
