IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!
Second and final surgery is tomorrow. I am so glad that the time has come. It has been agony living with this pain! I am a bit nervous but mostly excited to get some relief. My husband has been my rock and he's exhausted. After surgery I will be housebound again for six weeks. I will have to wear this lovely PVC corset and go to aqua therapy 3x a week for a month. I am so grateful to my friends and family for the love, prayers and support thru this trying time for us. The donations thus far have been an enormous help!!!! Truth is we need more money. It was by the grace of God that I was able to get health insurance in the final hour. But it comes with an enormous monthy premium. We basically live check to check and live within our means but the medical expenses could ruin us. I have been unable to work since August. Michael is working 4 jobs to help boost our income but its not enough. If you could donate to our cause it would be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance. Updates will be made as to my progress.

My name is Craig and my wife Lisa and friend Julie and many other friends are raising money for our friend Inga Lisa Chavin (Egilsson) who is now married to a wonderful man Michael Chavin. Inga was in a very bad car accident in High School and now at the age of 51 the lingering effects of that accident are requiring her to need 2 spinal surgeries - one in her cervical spine and one in her lumbar spine. Without these surgeries she runs a very large risk of becoming a quadriplegic. Having seen Inga recently, she can barely walk and is not able to work. Her husband Michael has been working both his job and Inga's job as a wholesale flower distributor for Costco in North Palm Beach, Florida. Michael is doing what he can to support Inga, but they are simply not able to afford the very costly surgeries and insurance premiums and deductibles that will need to be paid. This is an emergency for Inga and we want everyone to contribute something to help offset the cost of these surgeries.
Inga is tentatively scheduled for her first surgery this Thursday, August 21, 2014.
