Single mom of 5 facing eviction

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I’m trying to raise money in hopes of catching up on rent. Back in August, I left one job for a better opportunity. Unfortunately, while in-between the two jobs, my children and I caught Covid. A couple weeks went by of us passing it back and forth to each other, resulting in me missing out on the new job. Since then I’ve had what seems like the longest and hardest search for new employment that fit my schedule as a single mom. I was doing DoorDash and instacart during my time unemployed, making just enough to get by. I recently became employed again, but my rent is in arrears. I have called and applied to every rental assistance agency in the city that I could possibly find and they all respond by saying they’re out of funds. I have a really hard time asking for help, but my landlord is planning to start the eviction process next week if I’m unable to provide him even one month of rent. He agreed that if I left the property before he filed the eviction, we could skip court which means no eviction on my record. The problem is, we will have no where to go and will be living in my car. (Which I can’t sell because of title issues, or else I would). I will not receive my first paycheck until mid November, and it won’t be even close to what I owe. I just need a chance to catch up. My children have dealt with homelessness back when we left our home in Nevada to get away from an abusive situation and I promised them that they would never have to deal with that again. Since then, I have created a safe and stable environment for my children and I’m terrified that it will be disrupted if I don’t at least try and swallow my pride and ask for help. This is an absolute last resort for me, and I appreciate anyone who is willing and able to help. The amount I’m attempting to raise will cover what’s owed plus what will be owed come November, but I’m grateful for anything honestly.
