Renzy Hill touched a lot of peoples' hearts and souls.
Many people have asked what they can do and how they can help.
After discussing it with family and friends, the best idea seemed to be what Renzy himself would want; a rememberance, a celebration, with a bit of reflection thrown in for good measure.
So a Celebration of Life will be held. A Celebration honoring Renzy for everything he has accomplished and done. It will be a time of sharing fun memories and laughter. A time of doing what Renzy would love to see and be in the middle of, all his friends joking and smiling and cutting up! Along with costumes* and fun times to dress up!
So we are renting a building at the Steel Creek Park in Satsuma, a place where Renzy had one of the best and most fun pirate photo shoots.
The festivites will be held on Sunday, October 19th, 2014. As the details are worked out, and the suggestions and ideas pour in, we will keep everyone updated.
Those that asked to help, may do so through this web site.
The family has also discussed the idea, that any funds left over from this, will be donated to the Gulf Coast Fencing Center http://www.gulfcoastfencingcenter.com/ for their Renzy Hill Scholorship.
*Costume dress is not required, but you know, he did always tell you, that you did need to start working on that costume for the Renaissance Faires!
