David Carsey Memorial Fund

All money raised will be used for Dad's (David A. Carsey's) memorial cost. Because of the seriousness of his conditon over the past two years, his life insurance policy was unfortunately cancelled. The cost of his hospital stays, medical care and my parents' limited income, regretably hindered our abilty to be financially prepared for his funeral and burial.
