Emily Shae's Surgery

Emily is going to have a life saving operaton on October 8, 2014 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, in Cincinnati Ohio. TEF H-type (this is very rare) . The TEF H-type or Tracheo-oesophageal fistula H-Type is the "culprit" for Emily's constant aspiration pneumonia and lung infections. This is a direct connection/hole between her esophagus and trachea. She will need to be there for 2 1/2- 3 weeks. My AMAZINGLY strong, sweet angel has been suffering with this since birth! Can you imagine her discomfort? This is a very long and tedious operation (6-8 hours). This will be Emily's 99th surgery. We are so very happy they found something that is correctable, although we are so very sad for her life long suffering and scared for this surgery at the same time. Many continued healing prayers would be lovely... and appreciate if you are able to help us reach our goal to cover traveling expenses....
