I've been working as a volunteer for the Village of Bakka starting in 2007. I was laid off this week and I feel it is time to make this work my life commitment. From 2007-2014 we've built a school, 2 bore holes, set up 3 business and provide health care for 400 children and their families, dental care for 400 children, 192 families with the gift of an animal. I’ve visited Uganda 6 times and I am planning my 7th visit. During my week long visits I’ve visited 30 homes.
I dream of what could be accomplished if this were my day job. The amount requested is for salaries and operating expenses.
