Sam and Nick Brown

The unthinkable for this sweet little family happened and in a matter of hours Nick went from life to life support and a coma for a little over a week and was in ICU for 2 months having suffered a stroke and heart attack and a collapsed lung, a bacteria that ate a whole in his lung and has emergency surgery to recover his hole in his lung and fix his collapsed right lung..nick had 3 tubes draining his right lung for 3 weeks. THE TOTAL BETWEEN BOTH HOSPITALIZATION S AND SURGERY IS A LITTLE OVER 165000.00$!

Also extremely abnormally low oxygen that caused him to have to be on oxygen day and night...with him having aspirated in the night sometime he had strep that went into his lung that also played a role in causing it to collapse .One thing after another Nick was fighting for his life while doctors were telling his wife Sami she would have to think one possibly pulling him off life support because of brain damage and the fact he had a 5% to 10% chance of only making it.All while Nick was in his coma and life support and intubation , Sami was unable to work and staying by his side day and night not knowing if she would lose him any minute and not wanting to lose any time she may have had left with him sleeping in a hospital chair for 2 months....... Sami just barely was able to.start working a jib from home taking a loss in money so she could care for him as much as she could.....and now here twords the middle of October 2014 she starts another part time job to help care for her family while nick the main provider is unable to work....
