Help Kathy with Medical Bills

My Mom Kathy Rao is an extrodinary woman.  Anyone who comes into contact with her feels her positivity and light.  Through out my Mom's life she has been dealt some pretty bad card but always has a positive outlook. 
Kathy was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease almost 10 years ago. We have faced our ups and downs with surgery, trial and error on medications and so forth.  Due to this my Mom has had to retire early and use all of her savings for daily life expenses including medications that are not covered by insurance.  
We struggle but we get by, usually without a dime that isn't allocated to something.  

Now, we are having issues payng her montly medical insurance premium and household bills including Rent.

Lately, I see that positive spark starting to burn out.  Between not feeling well and money woos, frustration is starting to set in.  As much as Wendy and I help it is just not enough and we wish we can help even more.
