Moving across country

Hello! I have moved across the country from Ottawa to Edmonton for a really great job opportunity. The move has been somewhat sudden & at times stressful but ultimately rewarding! I have found myself victem of the moving company estimating too low to get my biz then charging me way over estimate once items were shipped.  Even after being assured after viewing all my items for transport and after providing a detailed list of items and content that their estimate would be accurate. Now I am told, after items had been loaded & shipped that, oh sorry, 'I didn't see those items in your storage unit' your actual is now almost double & you owe this insane amount more! My items are currently being held hostage in a storage unit in Edmonton, incurring MORE costs until I pay this extra amount. Even though I have paid them  the estimated amount. I am completely at their mercy. I have no way of paying for this surprise extra amount all at once.  I am looking for LOANS to help me liberate my personal items back in to my care. Any help is appreciated! :)
