<div>I’ve always been an entrepreneur—someone who looks for ways to grow, create, and support myself through hard work. But over the last five years, life has thrown some major setbacks my way. I lost most of my belongings in a devastating housefire. I suffered a business-related injury that left me physically and emotionally scarred. And more recently, I’ve faced a series of serious health issues—culminating in an unexpected and life-threatening aortic dissection.

<div>The doctors saved my life, but recovery is slow, and the medical bills are stacking up quickly. I’m on strict medication and working toward returning to work full-time. At the end of each month, I’m left with minimal funds—before food or fuel. Things are getting tight, and I'm doing everything I can: selling personal items, cutting costs, and thinking about how I’ll repay the kindness I receive now when I’m back on my feet. Unfortunately, this most recent condition will require ongoing medical visits for the rest of my life.

<div>It’s extremely humbling to admit, but I need help. I’ve always found it difficult to ask, but I’ve also tried to be generous and supportive of others when I could.
