7/20/2019 Update:
The Jacobs Family needs your help once again!!! Lexi is currently fighting her 5th brain tumor. The last MRI in March at Stanford showed that the clinical trial did not work and Lexi has been put on Hospice. Surgery and radiation are no longer options for her, so her parents have turned to Ayurvedic and Eastern medicine to see if they can help slow down the progression.
Since tumor #3, Lexi's mobility has been slowly declining and now she can no longer walk or use her right hand. The family can use your support so that Mom can stay home and continue to take care of Lexi. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mom at [email redacted]. In 2013, Lexi was diagnosed with an Ependynoma Grade II on her brainstem. On Martin Luther King Day, Dr. C from Lucille Packard Children's Hospital removed the tumor completely :) From Feb- April, we stayed at the Ronald McDonald House while Lexi received all her therapies including her radiation therapy. The bills are piling up and there are still many days that we will need to take off from work to help her through her therapies. Help Lexi kick Cancer's Butt by donating to her cause.
