NetWork is a platform designed to bring communities together by connecting individuals seeking help with those willing to offer services. The NetWork database matches people together based on both location as well as the desired service to provide a simple and convenient way for members of the community to help each other out. We are a new start up business out of the Kitchener-Waterloo region with a goal to change the way communities interact.
Josh Dhanapala and Ben Brunt founded the concept of NetWork in 2017 and used it to compete in the Entrepreneurial Innovation Plan category at DECA Provincials, a world renowned high school business competition. This idea placed 3rd at provincials advancing us to DECA internationals in Anaheim, California. Josh and Ben are both currently pursuing their CPA's, studying accounting degrees at the University of Guelph and Waterloo. NetWork has most recently been taken to the University of Guelph Start-Up Hub Incubator and has been accepted for the 2020 summer semester. The incubator has offered us a number of connections and resources to help with our launch. As we head into the final years of our undergrad we have collected the tools, knowledge and connections to take our best shot at bringing NetWork to life. We are in search of potential investors and donors to help aid our web development/maintenance expenses.
