Please Help Susan's dad!

My best friends dad was in a terrible motorcycle accident on July 14th, 2014 in Bakersfield, CA.  William Wolf fractured two vertebrae, has severe head trauma, is on a trachea, and has to be on a feeding tube! He can now go to a closer facility but medi-cal would only pay to have him transferred to somewhere close to Bakersfield! Susan and her family have been driving OVER 330 miles just to visit! (They live in Santa Rosa, CA)

He finally got approved for the transfer to move to a closer hospital and the cost is only $12,200.00!  Susan found a place in Healdsburg that will accept him but he HAS to leave by this Monday 8/18/2014!
