I am requesting aid for a couple very near and dear to my heart. My friend Sara and her better half, Chris, have faced a lot of obstacles over the past few years. And they are currently facing one of the hardest ones, yet. Chris was in a wreck on August 6th, 2014 that left him with a shattered hip and wrist. On the 8th of August, he successfully made it through surgery for both, but is now receiving minimal care at a rehab center that is far from meeting his needs. Both he and Sara would like to have him moved to a better facility. And even more - what they need is a ramp for their home, and a functioning car. Please if you can help in any way possible, it would be so appreciated. Financial hardships are a struggle enough to bounce back from, but physical ones can be even more daunting without the added worry of finding that next dollar or cent to squeak by.
