surgery for leela

my 5 year old chihuahua was hit by a truck on my street the driver of the truck wont help. his insurance does not cover animals and cops said theres nothing they can do. she has a shattered foot and dislocated hip. its an extensive surgery for both injuries. i feel horrible about it and i feel like a jerk asking for donations but i cant afford the surgery..we appreciate every donation..no donation too small
