Hello All:
I'm Roberta White, Chef/Owner of Bella Vita Family Bistro in Fairfield, CA. I opened for business in April 2015 and have been blessed to be able to serve my community with good food for the last 2 years. This restaurant has been my passion and I work hard to deliver great food and service to all who come.
As many of my regular customers know, I have been working with the City of Fairfield to move my restaurant into a larger space in downtown Fairfield. The City has been wonderful to me in helping me with a large amount of the financing for this venture. However, there is a portion that I have to come up with on my own for deposits, additional building expenses and operating costs.
I am working very hard to make this dream come true. I'm asking for help so that I can keep my restaurant open to you and to provide a larger place with more seating and great atmosphere that is much needed in our downtown area. I thank you in advance for any assistance. God Bless.
