Sarcoidosis disabling friend

My best friend Brad Loveland Jr has been dealing with medical issues that put him out of work since April, first it was hard for him to breathe and eat. He would randomly pass out, tests showed masses in his lungs and esophogas and lymph nodes. First thoughts and discussions with doctors were that he had non-hodgkins lymphoma. They told him he was passing out due to the size of one of the masess on his lung that would rest on his heart as he bent over and restricted his heart from pumping. Test after test, scan after scan and after 2 biopsies it was decided in June to remove all masses, with still no answers as to what he had. After the removal he was finally told he did not have cancer but after discussions with doctors across the country he was told he possibly had some extremely rare disease and they could only provide him with the name of it, not what it was, how it's treated, what it does, nothing. He had an extremely rough recovery from the removal of all the masses, they went in through his rib. Multiple trips in and out of the hospital because his lung partially collapsed, constant pain in his chest and still randomly passing out. Finally on Monday, Aug 11 he was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. He is still feeling the effects from the surgery in June as it's still hard to breathe. His right lung is still and may not ever be back to 100%. The pain has gotten unbearable in his chest and the most recent doctor visit has prompted a PET scan on his heart with fear that it is invading/effecting his heart. He has exhausted all his sick time at work, and no longer receives a paycheck. He's been unable to work since April, and can barely take care of his home let alone himself. He gets exhausted and shortness of breath with just trying to get up from the chair. Thankfully his wife is doing what she can for her family, however without his paycheck coming in she can only do so much. Don't know if he'll ever be well enough to work again, or how long it will take to be cleared for work again, if ever. We don't know if the worst will happen and it will effect his heart. But I do know he's hurting, he's in pain, and he can't support his family like the man we all know he is. He is cherishing every precious moment he has right now with his family. He's 30 and was enjoying life with his beautiful family in their new home and then bam, everything changed literally overnight. He's married with an 12 year old daughter and a 7 year old son both active in sports and have made sacrifices and adjustments but the bills still keep piling up and they just can't make ends meet anymore. I am asking for your help for my best friend. Any little bit will help his family.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to any and all who donate.
