Have you ridden a well groomed snowmobile trail? The kind where the curves are cut "just right" and you sail around them?
How about special cut logs or lumber - to make a log home or a log out house?
Creating these special things take a keen eye and a special talent. Things that Dennis Wilcox has mastered over the years and is known for.
Now, his lively hood is in jeaprody as he battles severe Glaucoma that doesn't respond to treatment. The doctor says his eye has been "around the world" seeking input from specialists.
In less than 4 months he has had 8 eye surgeries and made 20+ trips to Green Bay, many of them overnight. During this time he has been spent most time sitting in the house - not even able to bend over to tie his shoes.
Needless to say it has been a long spring and winter. He lost the ability to run the sawmill and is hoping to be back grooming the snowmobile trails come winter.
But the medical bills are piling up and with a long, slow recovery ahead, he and Lisa are struggling to hold on everything they have worked so hard for.
Dennis is a hard working man who has always been the one helping others and never asking for help himself.
Please help them defray the hospital bills, doctor bills, pharmacy bills (check out the price of eye drops!), and travel expenses.
Help him continue to give back to his community and humanity.
