Need retainer for divorce attorney

I have finally had enough of my husband's verbal and financial abuse. I have left the marital home and have a few clothes and my car, nothing else. I need $2500 retainer for my attorney to begin the divorce process. I was expecting to pay this from my tax refund but I think STBX may have delayed it somehow. I want to be done and stop him from getting any more of my money; I've supported him for 8 1/2 years and am dead broke. The sooner I get this, the sooner the attorney gets started and the sooner I'm on the path back to financial and emotional health.
