Cynthia's rebuild fund

On the morning of Saturday November 11, 2017, my dear friend Cynthia Reinhard watched as her house went up in flames. They lost their home and all of their possessions. Cindy, Alan and Seth are safe as well as their animals thankfully. They may have to have the home completely knocked down.  They are so thankful to the Middleton and surrounding towns Fire and Rescue for their quick response.  On Sunday, her insurance company sent out an adjuster to look at all the damage. On Monday, her insurance agent of 20 years  called to inform her that she had No insurance, that it had lapsed in October. She received no notifications, email, or even a courtesy call to let her know that this was taking place last month. How does this happen!?!?! Let me just say don't ever pay bills with cash. Receipts don't mean a thing when they go up in flames.   Cindy has been very sick this past year and Alan was laid off on Wednesday 4 days after the fire. They are staying in their camper on their land with no water, cell service or electricity. They had to buy a generator just to keep warm since they lost theirs in the fire. They need our help. They need to find a place to live, find furniture and buy clothes and food, with no insurance. They are so thankful to the Middleton and surrounding towns Fire and Rescue for their quick response. Cindy is one of the nicest and most thoughtful friend I am blessed to know.  Please help, no matter how small the donation may be.  It will be so appreciated.    Sincerely, Maureen Chevalier
