Cynthia White Education Fund

We are seeking your assistance (financial) in aid of a worthy cause.   December 21, 2017 will be the 2nd anniversary since the passing of our mother. Those of you who were at the funeral service may recall the family's intention to create a scholarship fund "Cynthia White Education Fund" in honour of  my deceased mother (a selfless woman, mother, friend, confidant to many).  The objective of this fund is to assist high school students in Jamaica - with great potential - but unable to attend school regularly or afford the supplies required (books, shoes, uniform, and lunch money) in order for them to focus on learning.  The recipient(s) of the scholarship will be selected through a rigorous, transparent process overseen by a selection committee.   The key criteria in the selection process will be based on; family income, and grades attained by the student(s).  We are asking for a financial donation/contribution (cheque, cash, e-transfer, gofundme account etc.) that will be sent to Jamaica to be added to the scholarship fund.
