Healthcare for Seizures

Donation protected
I'm a 27 year old male with no history of seizures but within the last 2 weeks I've had 2 Grand Mal seizures. The first one happened  on my motorcycle with the lovely girlfriend of 6 years riding on the back with me. 24 hour before my first seizure we were shopping for wedding rings and having the best of times. When my first seizure happened I went unconscious, stopped breathing, no pulse, lips and face turned blue , lucky for me a passer by saw it happen then to preceded to start CPR and was able to bring me back to life. My 2nd seizure happened at home by myself but managed to call for help. I owe my life to the quick decisions of my girlfriend Stefanie and all the passer-bys as well as all the EMS crews that showed up. In 2008 my history of head trauma started where I dove into, what I thought was the deep end of a pool, however, in actuality it was the shallow end... Only 3 feet of water in which I hit head first and compression fractured two vertebra as well as bulged a disc. I eventually ended up having back surgery in June of 2013. Then in February of 2014 I was on a "new to me" snowmobile traveling at approximately 75-90 mph in a wide open area with no helmet when suddenly a field entrance appeared in front of me and according the incident report I had to have been doing at least 60 mph when I went airborne. They say I landed head first, tore, stretched, and damaged most of the ligaments and or tendons in my skull cavity. I spent 3 days in the hospital for that incident. A little background on me is I am 27, work in a 3 generation construction company, dating the most beautiful and caring woman I know for 6 years. We live in Wapella Illinois, a town of 600 people. I am a certified first responder on our local fire department as well as the secretary for the fire department. I am also involved in a contractors association in illinois that does everything from monthly meetings to giving away $7,500-$20,000 to charity every year. My girlfriend and I also rescue animals. Anything from cats, dogs and even birds. We currently have 3 permanent dogs, ranging from 14 pound to 60 lbs and we officially foster Great Danes through an organization called The Great Dane Rescue Incorporated. The Great Dane we have now is 160 lbs. I am also apart of a couple of motorcycle groups, one of which we raise money for Muscular Distrophy, Saint Jude's Children's Hospital, and one point we even put on a private stunt show for a young child mith MS. Upon his untimely death we even helped pay for the child's funeral expenses. I find GREAT satisfaction in helping other.
